Harvard Pacific handled oversight of a strategic re-branding and re-positioning of Tampa International Business Center, located in Tampa Florida. 

Harvard Pacific increased park uniformity, parking ratio, overall park appeal and leasing momentum. Upon completion of the exterior upgrades and re-branding efforts, the park generated significant interest from back office and call center users. Total capital and tenant improvements cost was $13M. The property was sold in 2017 and Harvard Pacific was retained by the new owner for property management and project management.
