Harvard Pacific handled oversight of a strategic re-branding and re-positioning of Tampa International Business Center, located in Tampa Florida.Harvard Pacific increased park uniformity, parking ratio, overall park appeal and leasing momentum. Upon completion of the exterior upgrades and re-branding efforts, the park generated significant interest from back office and call center users. Total capital and tenant improvements cost was $13M. The property was sold in 2017 and Harvard Pacific was retained by the new owner for property management and project management.
